Story Hour
With Peter Paul Development Center at Bellevue Elementary + Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club
For the month of February we read Drum Dream Girl, which was inspired by the childhood of Millo Castro Zaldarriaga, a Chinese-African-Cuban girl who broke Cuba's traditional taboo against female drummers. Students learned about rhythms in their everyday life and got to make spin drums of their own to take home.

Guest Speakers/Performers for this program have included Gina Adler, Set Costumer + Drummer, Rae Cousins - (Board Member) Attorney, BrownGreer PLC, and @SkinnyyHendrixx (IG) - Musician
