Sew What? Sewing and fashion design for beginners

Description: One-week long class
Learn the basics using a sewing machine and simple hand-sewing stitches to create your very own designs! Choose from a variety of fabrics to complete two or three projects, such as pillows, eye masks, or a simple garment. Students will also get a sneak peek from designer Lauri Jenkins, owner of Laurianda Clothing Company, into what it takes to run your own designer clothing business!
